Church prayer meeting in Winford and Felton Churches every Saturday morning at 9.00 am for 45 minutes.   Prayers will be said for our churches, parishes, the world and ourselves.  There is no pressure to pray aloud.  Our churches needs your prayer - everyone welcome

Changes to church services

Following discussions with the Churchwardens both Parochial Church Councils of Winford with Regil and Felton have agreed that from 28 December 2008 for a trial period of twelve months there will be changes to the pattern of services offered across the three churches.  The decision was not taken lightly but after prayer and careful consideration.  Two of the factors that were taken into consideration were the long-term viability of some of the sparsely-attended services and the significant cost of heating and lighting our large churches.  Before the PCC meetings took place Paul made a point of speaking to the congregations at the services which were vulnerable and no objections were raised.

The following table shows the new pattern:
